Matrimonio civile o matrimonio simbolico: come e perché si è obbligati a scegliere?
Ecco una guida che ti tornerà utile nei primi steps della preparazione al matrimonio.
Ti starai chiedendo: posso sposarmi nella location che a me piace tanto? Per un matrimonio civile, chi dovrò ingaggiare? Quali sono le fasi fondamentali del matrimonio civile e del matrimonio simbolico?
In questo articolo ti svelerò qual è l’opzione imprescindibile che ti permetterà di sposarti con rito civile all’interno della struttura scelta per il matrimonio (villa, castello, location sul mare, casa privata).
Che cos’è il matrimonio civile?
Il matrimonio civile è l’unione di due persone di sesso opposto che produce effetti validi unicamente per il diritto dello Stato. Il matrimonio civile ha luogo negli Uffici comunali oppure, in luoghi riconosciuti come Casa Comunale. Il matrimonio civile viene officiato dall’Ufficiale di stato Civile (quindi il Sindaco o la celebrante, nel momento in cui le viene fornita la delega). Il testo del matrimonio civile è preimpostato ed è composto dalla lettura delle generalità di sposi e testimoni e dalla lettura dei tre articoli su cui si fonda il matrimonio (Art. 143, Art. 144, Art. 147). Il matrimonio civile può essere inserito all’interno della celebrazione simbolica, per non rendere impersonale il momento.
Che cos’è il matrimonio simbolico?
Il matrimonio simbolico è la celebrazione dell’amore che ha come fulcro della cerimonia il racconto della storia d’amore della coppia. Il testo del matrimonio simbolico è interamente personalizzato, segue una scaletta ben precisa, che permette l’inclusione di interventi da parte degli ospiti, momenti musicali, il racconto della love story, spazio per la lettura delle promesse, momenti di ironia e commozione, insomma lo script che ne scaturisce (dopo mesi di elaborazione in collaborazione con gli sposi) è semplicemente qualcosa di autentico e non convenzionale.
Che cos’è l’unione civile?
L’unione civile è il matrimonio tra due persone dello stesso sesso. Grazie alla legge Cirinnà, del 20 maggio 2016, n° 76, i legami di fatto vengono riconosciuti istituzionalmente. La prassi burocratica è identica a quella del matrimonio civile. Anche l’unione civile può essere integrata nella celebrazione simbolica per rendere tutto il momento più romantico.
In conclusione, sposarti civilmente nella location dei sogni non dipende dal volere della celebrante, non dipende dal volere della coppia ma dipende da accordi pregressi tra location e Comune.
Il mio consiglio è quello di chiedere, sempre chiaramente, al referente della location, se essa è Casa Comunale. Avuto il “Si, risulta essere Casa Comunale”, sarai sicur* che all’interno della location è possibile svolgere riti civili riconosciuti legalmente.
